For this Birmingham city-centre job, IPAF Operator UK provided spider-lift operator support for high-level facade access. The tracked lift was positioned on the pavement within a fenced work area to reach the upper floors of a glass-fronted office building. These photographs show the machine positioned at street level, extended to height, and the platform working alongside the facade. Our role was operating the lift to support the agreed work at height.

At a football stadium in Birmingham, IPAF Operator UK operated a Skyjack articulated boom lift to provide high-level access for a cleaner working on the venue’s television screens. The machine had to be manoeuvred and positioned carefully beside the pitch, with particular attention given to protecting the felt-covered trackside surface and avoiding cables running across the corners of the working route.
